The problem

Writing pin titles, keyword-rich descriptions, tags and alt text for every upload is repetitive. Switching between Pinterest and a chat tool to copy results slows the publishing flow and hurts consistency.

Product approach

I embedded the generator inside Pinterest's creation page, so users can produce and apply SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, tags and alt text in one click without leaving the workflow. Beyond copy, it now also fills Pinterest's "Add a link" field and opens the product tag search, so an entire pin is ready in a single pass.

The tool appears where users already create pins, removing copy-paste friction.

Generated titles, descriptions, tags and alt text are tuned for Pinterest discovery and readability.

User-controlled

Results are editable after applying, keeping the user in full control of every pin.

Link & tag automation

It writes the affiliate or product link into Pinterest's 'Add a link' field and opens the product tag search, removing the last manual step before publishing.

Mapped the repeated steps of uploading images and writing descriptions, tags and alt text on Pinterest.

Integrate

Built a content-script workflow that reads the page and fills generated titles, descriptions, tags and alt text back into Pinterest's form.

Listen

A 4-star review asked for tag and alt text support. I added both, which earned a 5-star update from the same user.

Expand

After a request for Gemini API support, the latest release added it and shipped to the Chrome Web Store.

Link fill

Running my own Amazon affiliate workflow on Pinterest, pasting each link and adding products by hand was painfully tedious. So the latest release automates that step too: it fills the product or affiliate link and opens the product tag search, closing the loop from image to a fully ready pin.

What I learned

Embedding AI where the work happens is more valuable than a standalone generator. Reducing context switching can be the biggest productivity gain.
